Migration Services

  • Immigration Compliance: We assist companies of foreign interest to become eligible to and employ Third Country Nationals. Additionally, we assist with the process of obtaining temporary residence and work permits for Third Country Nationals and EU residents moving to Cyprus.
  • Immigration Permit for Investors: Investors and their families willing to invest in Cyprus (on certain types of investments i.e. residential property/ies, Commercial properties, AIFs, RAIFs etc.). The Government’s latest amendments made it possible for investors to invest by purchasing units of a Cyprus Fund and consequently apply for a Permanent Residence Permit. We can assist on the whole process from implementing the investment to applying for the said permit.
  • Non-Domiciled Individuals: Non-Cyprus domiciled individuals are exempt (if certain criteria are met) from Special Defense Contribution tax on Dividends, Rental income, Interest income and on profits from selling shares. We advise on the criteria, and we can register the non-domiciled individual with the Cyprus tax authorities.
